About Us
Aesthetic Institute and Training
BC Medical Clinic College is the training arm of BC Medical Aesthetic. We teach medical aesthetics inside the clinic that our graduates learn on.
Who We Are
The college runs from 1214-2929 Barnet Hwy in Coquitlam, sharing premises and equipment with the BC Medical Aesthetic treatment clinic. Students train on devices that are in daily clinical use, which is not the same experience as training on a machine bought for a classroom.
We are straightforward about what a certificate does. It gets you assessed as competent on a device and gives you something to show an employer. What it does not do is guarantee a job, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something.

Training Programs
Programs cover the fundamentals that decide whether a technician is safe: client consultation, skin typing, contraindications, device settings and why they change, sanitation, and what to do when a treatment goes wrong. Practical work is supervised and assessed rather than simply observed.
Our Focus

Our campus
Classes run at 1214-2929 Barnet Hwy in Coquitlam, with parking on site. Because the clinic operates alongside, class scheduling works around treatment hours and cohorts stay small.

Real Graduates, Real Results
Over 500 students have completed programs with us, coming from across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, many of them retraining from another field.

Not sure which course or treatment fits?
Ask us what a program involves, what it costs, and what graduates are realistically earning afterwards. Looking for a treatment instead? The same free consultation covers that. Payment plans are available through iFinance Canada.
